Our senior team have been involved in the sign industry since 1993, before forming Norsign in 2003. Our history in the sector has taught us a lot but we still strive to learn and improve in everything we do from our processes to the latest technologies to produce the highest standard of signs for you.

Robert brings a wealth of industry experience and remains actively involved in building relationships with clients, contractors and consultants throughout the UK. He enjoys developing trusted partnerships and keeping in regular contact with both existing and prospective clients. His proactive approach and extensive industry knowledge help generate new opportunities while ensuring Norsign remains a valued partner on projects of all sizes.
Project Manager

Barry has over 30 years’ experience in the sign industry and has worked his way through production and installation roles to Project Management. His qualifications include ILM 3 management, CSCS Gold Card and SVQF’s in Level 3, 6 and 10. Barry is the main point of contact for Live Projects and will ensure that every aspect of what we do is delivered to the highest standard.
Estimating Manager

Russell has over 12 years’ estimating experience within the sign industry and during his time has worked on procuring projects including schools, universities, retail and large leisure developments. Russell’s extensive knowledge of materials and manufacturing is invaluable for costing projects to suit any budget.
Finance Manager

Within Norsign, Natalie is responsible for the day-to-day management of the company accounts and ensuring they run efficiently. For 17 years prior to joining Norsign she held senior finance roles within the construction industry. Natalie not only deals with all accounts queries, but is a valued member of our team as our qualified Mental Health First Aider at our Head Office in Glasgow.

Guy leads Norsign’s sales team, building strong relationships with clients, contractors and project teams to secure new opportunities across the UK. He regularly visits sites, supports projects through the preconstruction stage and works closely with the other directors to drive the company’s long term growth and development.
Managing Director

Carlos oversees Norsign’s day to day operations, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards. Working closely with the wider leadership team, he helps shape the company’s strategic direction and future growth. He also delivers CPD sessions to architects across the UK, promoting early engagement and helping integrate signage successfully into projects from the outset.

Gerry joined Norsign in 2016 with some amazing art and design skills as well as being a dab-hand at photography. He is always busy working on all forms of sign design, whether it’s specification, branding or fixing details. Gerry is charged with interpreting our clients brief and responding with their concept brought to life on screen. Gerry is an integral part of our design development in Norsign’s largest and most technical projects.

Stuart has been a qualified designer for over 28 years with 18 years of these in the sign industry. He creates artwork for approval prior to manufacture and works closely with our clients, using Photoshop and Illustrator on a daily basis, to generate graphics detailing exactly what our clients can expect from their finished signs.
