school
Currie Community High School represents a new era of sustainable learning environments in Scotland. Designed to the rigorous Passivhaus standard, it is the nation’s first zero carbon secondary school combining exceptional energy efficiency with a welcoming community focus.
internal sign package
The development includes a public library, swimming pool, and allotments, all integrated with modern, flexible learning spaces designed to promote wellbeing and inclusivity. Norsign Group Ltd were appointed by Kier Construction to deliver the internal signage package across the school’s three floors. This included digitally printed wall graphics, bespoke illuminated feature signage, clear wayfinding elements, and statutory safety signs.
Working closely with the client team, our designers ensured every piece reflected the school’s branding and ethos using colour, tone, and typography to create a consistent and engaging visual identity throughout. The design approach balanced functionality and creativity, helping to enhance the interior spaces while maintaining consistency with the wider campus identity.

collaborative delivery
Working hand in hand with Kier’s project team, Norsign ensured the internal sign package was delivered safely, efficiently and in line with programme targets. Early coordination allowed us to integrate seamlessly with other trades and final finishes, avoiding disruption during installation.
Our proactive approach and attention to detail helped maintain quality standards throughout, ensuring a smooth process from concept through to completion. By remaining responsive to site needs, we supported the contractor in achieving a high-quality finish that aligns perfectly with the building’s contemporary design.
